Kelly is a seasoned Executive with almost twenty years of proven project and technology success. Having been in senior management for corporate IT departments as well as Big 5 Consulting, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to TMS that enables her to manage Client and Consultant expectations simultaneously. Her industry experience spans Healthcare, Financial Services, Hospitality, Government, and many others that TMS has done work in. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis, a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management, as well as her PMP Certification through the Project Management Institute.
As President and CEO of TMS, Kelly has been instrumental in setting the direction for the company. Kelly is very involved in managing Client Engagements as well as running the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Richard Bracken

Richard is an experienced learning development and change management professional with a track record of successful programs from needs analysis, strategic design through hands-on implementation and facilitation. He has developed programs in leadership development, team building, performance consulting and Global IT implementations. His successful approach is to understand the clients’ business and what goals leadership has established for the company. Therefore, solutions are tailored to the specific needs and current situations that are facing the client. Success is attained when solutions are aligned with all levels of the company, address the greatest needs and deliver the greatest impact. While he has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, he also has vast experience with a wide array of mid-size clients from finance, manufacturing, consulting, food service and pharmaceuticals.
